Dear top 24 bloggers,

I have written a sequel to a previous article "Points systems, blogging and ants... and why popularity stinks" which is focused on blogger's point systems. As a discussing base, I have used the following "personal data" of the first 25 bloggers: user points, # articles and # comments. It  consist of a small investigation through statistical glasses and is by no mean a naming or mocking process

However, as you may feel embarrassed to see your data exposed, I'm asking you if you allow me to proceed and using your name. Names won't change the meaning at all, but their removal will reduce the overall readability of the article.

Leave a comments here or send me a mail to clarify your position.

The article will be named "Points systems, blogging and ants ...(2) the ant and the cicada"and will be posted on Monday.

Thanks

Regards

No problem with me.

Is this the top 25 blog sites or blogers? If sites, i'm safe from the comments. If blogers, just get to me last if you want.

Capt. over and out!

The ant article was fun.  I am up for anything, as long as it isn't slanderous.

I have chosen 25 bloggers partly because it makes me the last.

I want this to be particularly clear: it is not for making fun of whoever. If you want to be sure, I have a long track record of not going into this.

Don't be afraid of the cicada part: they are nice animal...

Thanks

Jepel~go for it big time! Especially since I'm not able to write as many articles as before (lots of problems with my antique computer right now, etc.), and I don't know how much longer I'll be able to hold onto that precious #24 position, huh? . I think your article is gonna turn out to be really cool! THANKS FOR DOING THIS!

I'm interested in what you are trying to prove.  That's not snide.  It's because what you try to prove might not turn out too well since the top bloggers are calculated on a different system than the top blogs.  Articles and comments on those articles effect the top blog sites more so than the top bloggers (especially the comments on the articles).  Top bloggers get most of their points from comments they make on other articles and points + or - for the interesting and trolling ratings.  Considering that you have no way to actually collect data on the top bloggers, you may spend a lot of time on "proving" nothing.

But, you can use my name for whatever it is that you are doing as long as you're not calling me foul names or something
