Purging R Purging R. Yesterday was the viva for R. 's final thesis, sowe decided to go to the pub to celebrate his first day as Dr R. . Almostall the usual suspects were there and the mood was really friendly and warm. Y. and I set the obvious objective of getting R. totally pissed. In order toachieve that we took a shooter for R. in addition to his beer each timewe were paying a round. As the eve was going, we could see R. gettingmore and more pissed and cheered. After...

New Page 1 A big fish story A couple of day ago, I have watched the latest TimBurton's movie, 'Big Fish', I really liked it and after  thinking of itseveral times, I realised that there's probably a lot of 'Big Fish' stories. Howcan you defined a 'Big fish' story? Well, It would probably be a story thatlooks very unlikely or impossible but thinking about it, it's better to keep agood story and forget the crude reality. I got one coming from my Grandparents. They met duri...

It's the first time I see that amount of snow inLeicester, everything has been covered  by a little more than 1 cm of snow. New Page 1 Pronounce TOLOSE I know it's no more in the current event section, but I would like towrite about my new year's eve now as I could access a decent internet connectionbefore.  Usually, I don't try to plan new year eve until the final days. I think it can be a quiet good strategy allowing you to meet the unexpected. In general, the less you plan, the better the evening. Another important principle is to never forget to drink gradually otherwise you won't last long. ...

The father of my mother die last month. Unfortunatly I couldn`t attend the funeral as my grandmother and him were living deeply in the countryside. When I learn the news from my mother voice on the phone, I just start crying even if I wasn't surprised. He was 89 and was suffering from anaemia for the last 3 years. His condition required him to go regularly to hospital to get fresh blood. I was sad as a grandson losing his grandfather, however I wasn`t feeling devastated. Of course, to medita...

I need my friend to tell me what I did.  Yesterday I went to this Spanish party. I havebeen to a couple in the past and always f...

Yesterday, I have moved out of my accommodation. I was living there for one year and a half. I used to quiet like this house, but recently I couldn't stand it anymore. I was doing anything to delay coming back home. Actually, I wasn't feeling home anymore and sometimes was even feeling physically ill about it. The main reason come from sharing the house with the landlord. I cannot say that I think he was a bad, the opposite would probably true considering him as an individual. But he was a ter...
